Legal foresight beyond borders
From Berkeley to Taipei, ANLI pairs cross-jurisdictional scholarship with frontline practice — helping enterprises and individuals act with foresight on their most complex cross-border matters.
A boutique firm defined by international depth
ANLI is a boutique law firm rooted in Taiwan with a global outlook. We hold that genuine internationalism is not a matter of language alone, but of deep fluency across jurisdictions, business cultures, and the logic of dispute.
Led by Dr. Chia-Ling Yang — trained at Berkeley, Stanford, and National Taiwan University — the firm unites academic rigor with practical acuity, delivering complete and dependable counsel across cross-border transactions, disputes, and governance.
Judgment ahead of the problem
The real value of legal work usually lies before the dispute. We invest in identifying risk early and designing structures, so that clients never have to make urgent decisions at the worst moment.
One standard across jurisdictions
Taipei, California, or Beijing — procedure and logic differ, but the rigour a client receives should not. We apply a single exacting standard to documents and strategy in every jurisdiction.
The principal stays on the file
ANLI is a boutique practice; we do not compete on headcount. On every engagement the principal holds the key judgments — clients never meet an unfamiliar face midway through a matter.
